Transparency and invoicing
We have fixed hourly rates and project prices, depending on the time we spend, additional costs and number of people involved in your case.
We offer a service for foreigners visiting Ukraine on business or pleasure.
You can book an appointment a month or more before your required visit or we can organise most things in your absence waiting for your visit. Depends from case to case.
Payment
You will be redirected to the payment gateway “PayPal” to enter your card details.
Please have your payment details ready.
The payment gateway and the transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.
You cannot cancel your payment anymore than 2 hours after it is paid, as we will already have started working on your case. If you wish to cancel during this period we will discuss it.
If you, the customer cancel less in than 2 hours, you will receive a refund in full. We will contact you to discuss how this takes place.
